Gasoline is naturally dirty, it contains fine grit that is so fine that it can pass through strainers and filters in the fuel system that will wind up being trapped in the 5-10 micron basket or screen filter in the fuel injector.

Fuel Injector leak, spray pattern, and flow rate injector tests are performed and recorded
A multi-step ultrasonic cleaning process is part of our fuel injector rebuild service
A high-pressure back-flush is performed to remove any remaining particles from the fuel injector
Fuel Injector leak, spray pattern, and flow rate injector tests are re-performed and recorded
New filter baskets, O-rings, and pintle caps are installed if applicable as part of our fuel injector rebuild service
A comprehensive injector test report is prepared and returned with the fuel injector
