Gasoline is naturally dirty, it contains fine grit that is so fine that it can pass through strainers and filters in the fuel system that will wind up being trapped in the 5-10 micron basket or screen filter in the fuel injector.

Diesel fuel injectors fail due to contamination, fuel quality, water in fuel, wear, and deposit buildup. Even small particles or moisture can damage internal components. Distorted spray patterns will reduced performance, raised emissions, hard starting, rough idle, and lower fuel economy. that can lead to engine damage

Fuel Injectors are externally cleaned, visually inspected

Fuel Injectors are tested for resistance, inductance, shorts, and current draw

Fuel Injector leak, spray pattern, and flow rate injector tests are performed and recorded

A multi-step ultrasonic cleaning process is part of our fuel injector rebuild service

A high-pressure back-flush is performed to remove any remaining particles from the fuel injector

Fuel Injector leak, spray pattern, and flow rate injector tests are re-performed and recorded

New filter baskets, O-rings, and pintle caps are installed if applicable as part of our fuel injector rebuild service

A comprehensive injector test report is prepared and returned with the fuel injector

Your fuel injector are shipped back to you ready to be installed in your vehicle
