Hard Starting or Long Crank Times

Loss of Power or Poor Acceleration

DPF and EGR Soot Build Up
Clogged or malfunctioning fuel injectors disrupt the combustion process, leading to lean or rich exhaust conditions that trigger engine fault codes. These imbalances significantly accelerate soot accumulation within your DPF and EGR systems, while also risking damage to your catalytic converter.
Oil Dilution
Leaking fuel injectors or poor combustion can cause unburnt fuel to enter the crankcase, thinning your engine oil. This leads to compromised lubrication, resulting in accelerated cylinder wall wear and potential catastrophic engine bearing failure.
Turbo Strain

Excessive Idle Time and Engine Hours

High-mileage and age
Over time, internal injector components experience natural wear and tear, and seals can degrade. This progressive degradation often leads to reduced performance, inconsistent spray patterns, and eventual component failure, necessitating professional cleaning or replacement to restore factory-level efficiency.
